Build an AI Business Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. About us
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Build an AI Business website and your purchase and use of products, courses, programmes, communities and services provided by Build an AI Business.
Build an AI Business is operated by:
Financial Freedom Limited Company number: 16298265 Registered in England and Wales
Registered address: Lytchett House 13 Freeland Park Wareham Road Poole BH16 6FA United Kingdom
Email: support@buildanaibusiness.com
By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our products and services
Build an AI Business provides business education, training, digital content, courses, resources, communities, implementation support and related services designed to help people explore, develop and build businesses using artificial intelligence and other technologies.
Our products and services may include:
Idea to AI Income;
BUILD Academy;
AI Business Builder Club;
masterclasses and webinars;
digital downloads and resources;
questionnaires, assessments and personalised roadmaps;
group training and implementation sessions;
consultancy, guided-build and custom-build services; and
other products and services we introduce from time to time.
The specific content, access period, inclusions and price applicable to a purchase will be those described on the relevant sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
3. Educational nature of our programmes
Our courses, programmes, resources and communities are provided for educational and informational purposes.
Building a business involves uncertainty and risk. We do not guarantee that participating in our programmes will result in:
a particular level of income or profit;
the creation of a successful business;
customers, sales or investment;
employment or self-employment income;
any particular business or financial outcome; or
results within a particular period.
Examples, case studies, demonstrations and financial illustrations are provided to explain concepts and are not promises of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including your decisions, skills, experience, effort, implementation, market conditions and circumstances.
4. Not professional advice
Nothing provided by Build an AI Business constitutes personalised legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.
Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional regarding your own circumstances.
Business strategies and information may also need to be adapted to the laws and regulations applicable in your country, industry and circumstances.
Idea to AI Income
5. Programme structure
Idea to AI Income is a staged online educational programme based on the BUILD Method.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the programme consists of:
Welcome Module – available immediately Module 1 – BELIEVE – available immediately Module 2 – UNDERSTAND – scheduled for release 7 days after enrolment Module 3 – IDENTIFY & IMPLEMENT – scheduled for release 14 days after enrolment Module 4 – LAUNCH – scheduled for release 21 days after enrolment Module 5 – DEVELOP – scheduled for release 28 days after enrolment Module 6 – THRIVE – scheduled for release 35 days after enrolment.
We use staged release partly to support structured learning and partly to protect our intellectual property.
We may make reasonable changes to lesson organisation, resources, presentation or delivery where these do not materially reduce the programme purchased.
6. Immediate digital access and statutory cancellation rights
When you purchase Idea to AI Income, we intend to provide access to digital programme content immediately rather than waiting until the end of any statutory cancellation period that might otherwise apply.
For UK consumers, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 contain specific rules where digital content is supplied during the statutory cancellation period.
Where required, before immediate digital supply begins we will ask you to:
expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
acknowledge the effect that beginning supply has on your statutory right to cancel.
The applicable information and acknowledgement will also be provided as part of the contract confirmation where required.
UK Government guidance confirms these requirements for digital content supplied immediately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Our additional 7-day money-back guarantee
In addition to any rights you may have under applicable law, Financial Freedom Limited provides a 7-day money-back guarantee on Idea to AI Income unless a different guarantee is expressly stated on the relevant sales page.
You may request a refund for any reason within 7 calendar days of your purchase by emailing:
support@buildanaibusiness.com
Your request must be sent within the 7-day guarantee period.
You do not need to demonstrate that the programme is faulty to claim under this voluntary guarantee.
If a refund is issued under the guarantee:
your access to Idea to AI Income will be terminated;
you will be removed from BUILD Academy;
your access to programme resources and associated benefits will end; and
the purchase price will be refunded using the appropriate payment process.
The 7-day guarantee is deliberately scheduled to expire before customers ordinarily receive access to Module 2.
After the 7-day voluntary guarantee has expired, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or we expressly agree otherwise.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Statutory rights relating to digital content and services
Where you purchase as a consumer, applicable consumer law may give you rights in addition to our 7-day guarantee.
Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied to consumers must meet statutory standards including being satisfactory, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.
Where applicable, services must also be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Payments
9. Prices and payment
Prices will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, you must pay the full purchase price using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
We may use third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal.
Your payment information may therefore also be subject to the relevant payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
10. Third-party credit and Pay Later facilities
A payment provider may offer you its own credit, instalment or Pay Later facility.
For example, eligible customers may be offered a PayPal Pay Later product.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, these facilities are not payment plans, loans or credit provided by Financial Freedom Limited or Build an AI Business.
Where you choose such a facility:
your purchase from us remains for the full stated purchase price;
the credit or instalment agreement is between you and the relevant payment provider;
eligibility and approval are determined by that provider;
repayments and obligations under that credit arrangement are owed to that provider; and
the provider's separate terms and conditions apply to the credit arrangement.
Use of third-party credit does not change these Terms or the price of the product purchased from us.
11. Refunds where third-party credit was used
Where you are entitled to a refund and purchased using a third-party payment or credit facility, we will normally process the refund through the payment provider through which the original transaction was made.
The provider is responsible for applying that refund to your payment or credit account in accordance with its own terms.
We are not responsible for administering or altering your separate credit agreement with the provider.
Course and community access
12. Accounts and access
Access to our courses and communities is for the registered customer only unless we expressly state otherwise.
You must not:
share login credentials;
permit another person to use your account;
reproduce or distribute protected programme materials;
give another person unauthorised access to paid content; or
circumvent access or security controls.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
13. BUILD Academy
Where BUILD Academy membership is included with your purchase of Idea to AI Income, it forms part of the support environment associated with that programme.
Access may require you to create an account with the third-party community platform we use, currently Skool, and comply with that platform's terms.
Membership requests may be manually checked against our customer records before approval.
BUILD Academy access is personal to the qualifying customer.
If your Idea to AI Income purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise cancelled, your associated BUILD Academy access may also be terminated.
14. Community standards
When participating in BUILD Academy or another Build an AI Business community, you must behave reasonably and respectfully.
You must not:
harass, threaten or abuse another member;
publish unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory material;
spam or repeatedly solicit other members;
deliberately disrupt the community;
distribute another person's confidential information;
infringe intellectual-property rights;
attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another member's account; or
use the community for unlawful purposes.
We may remove content or suspend or terminate community access where reasonably necessary to protect members, our business or the integrity of the community.
Where practical and appropriate, we will seek to deal proportionately with breaches.
Termination for serious misconduct does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.
Nothing in this section affects statutory rights.
Intellectual property
15. Ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the intellectual-property rights in Build an AI Business materials belong to Financial Freedom Limited or are used by us under licence.
This includes, where applicable:
the BUILD Method;
Idea to AI Income course materials;
presentations and videos;
workbooks;
prompts;
templates;
questionnaires;
Personal BUILD Blueprints™;
frameworks;
written content;
graphics;
downloads;
training materials;
website content;
branding; and
other proprietary resources.
Purchasing a programme does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.
16. Your licence to use programme materials
When you purchase a product, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials supplied to you for your own personal business learning and implementation, subject to these Terms.
Unless we expressly give written permission, you may not:
sell or resell our materials;
copy and distribute them;
upload them to shared drives or public websites;
give other people access to them;
publish substantial parts of them;
create a competing course substantially derived from our protected materials;
remove copyright or proprietary notices; or
commercially exploit our proprietary resources.
You may, of course, use what you learn to build and operate your own business.
These provisions are intended to protect our course materials and frameworks, not to prevent you applying the skills and knowledge you acquire.
17. Recording live sessions
Live sessions may be recorded for programme delivery, training or replay purposes.
Where a session will be recorded, we will take reasonable steps to inform participants.
By choosing to participate visibly or audibly in a recorded group session after being informed that recording is taking place, you acknowledge that your contribution may appear in the recording made available to the relevant programme community.
If you do not wish to appear in a recording, you should avoid sharing personal information and may use available participation options such as keeping your camera or microphone off where appropriate.
Customer responsibilities
18. Your business decisions
You remain responsible for:
deciding whether a business idea is suitable for you;
carrying out appropriate market research;
complying with laws applicable to your business;
obtaining licences, insurance or professional advice where required;
checking information generated by artificial-intelligence tools;
protecting confidential or personal information;
making your own commercial and financial decisions; and
determining whether tools, platforms and services are suitable for you.
Build an AI Business does not operate or manage your business for you unless a separate written service agreement expressly states otherwise.
19. Artificial intelligence
Our programmes teach and demonstrate the use of artificial-intelligence tools.
AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You should therefore review and, where appropriate, independently verify AI-generated outputs before relying upon or publishing them.
You remain responsible for how you use AI-generated material in your own business.
Third parties and affiliates
20. Third-party tools and platforms
Our programmes may recommend or demonstrate third-party software, websites, AI tools and platforms.
We do not control those providers and cannot guarantee:
continued availability;
prices;
features;
accuracy;
security;
performance; or
changes to their terms.
A provider may change or discontinue its service without our control.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms and costs of third-party services before using them.
21. Affiliate links
Some links or recommendations we provide may be affiliate links.
This means Financial Freedom Limited may receive a commission if you purchase through the link, normally without increasing the price you pay.
An affiliate relationship does not remove your responsibility to decide whether the product or service is suitable for you.
22. Affiliate Programme
From time to time, we may invite or allow customers, community members or other individuals or businesses to apply to participate in the Build an AI Business Affiliate Programme.
Participation is not automatic and is subject to our approval and to the separate Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions applicable at the time.
Approved affiliates may receive a unique affiliate link that allows them to promote eligible Build an AI Business products and potentially earn commission on qualifying purchases attributed to them.
Being a customer, course participant or community member does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Programme, and participation in the Affiliate Programme is not required as part of any Build an AI Business course or programme.
Affiliate commissions, qualifying sales, attribution periods, payment arrangements, promotional requirements and other conditions are governed by the separate Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
An affiliate is an independent promoter and is not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Financial Freedom Limited. Affiliates are not authorised to change our prices or terms, make guarantees or representations on our behalf, or enter into contracts on behalf of Financial Freedom Limited.
Your contract for any Build an AI Business product remains with Financial Freedom Limited.
Availability and changes
23. Availability
We aim to maintain reasonable availability of our digital products and services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
maintenance;
internet or hosting failures;
third-party platform outages;
security incidents;
technical problems; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant interruption is within our responsibility, we will take reasonable steps to restore access.
24. Changes to platforms
We may change the technology or third-party platform used to deliver a programme or community.
For example, we may replace a course-hosting, community or communications platform.
Where this happens, we will take reasonable steps to preserve materially equivalent access to the product or service purchased.
Liability
25. Our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for business decisions or commercial outcomes resulting solely from your decision to act or not act upon educational information provided through our programmes.
We do not guarantee profits, revenue, customers or business success.
Any limitation or exclusion of liability in these Terms will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
International customers
26. International purchases
Build an AI Business is operated from the United Kingdom and may sell products and services internationally.
If you purchase from another country, you are responsible for determining whether your intended business activities comply with laws applicable to you.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their country and cannot legally be excluded by contract.
Ending access
27. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if:
payment is reversed or refunded;
there is a fraudulent transaction or chargeback;
you materially breach these Terms;
you unlawfully distribute our intellectual property;
you seriously or repeatedly breach community standards; or
continued access creates a material security or legal risk.
Where appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating access.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Complaints
28. Contacting us
If you experience a problem with a purchase or service, please contact us at:
support@buildanaibusiness.com
We will aim to deal with complaints reasonably and promptly.
Nothing in our complaints process affects your statutory rights.
General provisions
29. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.
This may include major internet or infrastructure failures, third-party platform failures, natural disasters, governmental action or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
This provision does not remove any rights or remedies that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.
30. If part of these Terms is invalid
If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
31. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not mean we have waived that right.
32. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business, technology or applicable law.
The Terms applying to a purchase will generally be those presented to you when you entered into the contract, except where a change is required by law or is otherwise lawfully applicable.
The current website version will display its latest revision date.
33. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live where applicable consumer law provides those rights.
